Sedef Pansiyon Apart Otel Şarköy

We went with my friend to visit Samsun and relax, we booked the hotel based on the reviews and location, but we were disappointed. When we went to our room, all the drawers of the dresser in the room were broken, the toilet seat was broken and could not be kept open. The tea machine was broken, they brought another one, this time there was a problem with the sockets. We told them and they changed our room. When we entered the new room there was a used towel behind the door. I don't know how the cleaning was done. When it came to breakfast, it was said to be between 8 and 10 o'clock. We went down and told us that nothing left on the table was replenished. They told us to take the leftovers. There was no bread in it. We asked and they said unfortunately it was finished. In short, we are astonished by the good ratings given to this hotel by the guests. We had a nice holiday and we do not plan to stay in the same hotel as Geösedebas.

It's a nice hotel, I liked the spa.

It's a very nice place in terms of location and it's a nice business in terms of cleanliness.

The hotel is in a quiet place, it is new and clean, but the staff is very indifferent. I checked into the room. I turned on the TV. It was broken. I called the reception. They said, "Okay, sir, let's see it tomorrow." I said, "Okay." I took a shower.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Although some parts of the rooms needed maintenance, we liked the hotel in general.

It was a very clean, decent hotel with polite staff. The only downside is that the sink and bathroom doors are made of glass, they open incredibly loudly, they are a bit small, the tap labeled hot was cold, the tap labeled cold was hot, but it took a lot of effort, other than that, it's in a good location.

We were very pleased, everything was very nice.

It is a wonderfully decent hotel, where the employees are very meticulous and polite, and consists of very luxurious rooms with underfloor heating. It was more elegant than our home :))))
