Everything was very good, the room was clean, but before our check-out time came, the cleaners started knocking on the door asking if you could leave immediately, that's the only problem.

Do not come on weekdays, the hotel is very crowded and nothing is enough, they want to do a lot with a small number of staff, but it is not enough for that many people, it is a sloppy hotel, I will not come again.

It was a two-day holiday, ours was a very nice holiday, the sauna and steam rooms were nice, the lake view is beautiful, ideal for those with short holiday plans, spa etc.

The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast is not mediocre, not very good, but sufficient. The water in the room I stayed in was low. It was said that it was due to excessive use, then if the water pressure was adjusted accordingly, what is needed most in summer is water and shower. There were two shower heads, both of them were broken. The water is already flowing very little, and half of it is gushing out from the right and left sides of the head. If I were to evaluate the hotel in terms of price and performance, it is too expensive and inadequate. I didn't use the wifi. I don't know. I gave it 3 because I had to mark it.

We were very pleased with all the facilities in the hotel, the services and the staff. Your breakfast was absolutely amazing. Carpets can be added to the rooms only if there is no disability. Other than that, we were satisfied with everything, thank you for everything, of course we will choose you again when we come to Eskişehir. We would also like to thank Nevciye from the HK team for giving information about the city and the friends at the reception who took care of me when I had a slight discomfort in the evening.

The package I bought included breakfast. The hotel attendant said, "Since you bought our breakfast in York, we will arrange some things for you in the morning." The staff in the morning was also unaware of the situation. We went and had breakfast outside. I kindly request a refund for the breakfast fee.
