The staff were amazing, love to all of them.

It did not fully meet our expectations. The cans arrived next to the hotel. WiFi is weak. There is no dinner. Conclusion: overall it gets 6 points out of 10 and I would not recommend it.

I condemn the fact that the hotel staff demands and collects a fee as a service fee even though I have paid the hotel fee and only stayed and left without receiving any service, which shows a very simple and unprofessional hotel management logic.

It was a really nice holiday for us. Thank you Yel holiday family. It was very nice, from room cleaning to the restaurant, we were very pleased. The pool just needs to be enlarged, that's all. I recommend

Its location is good, but I didn't like the cleanliness. It was not cleaned in detail, and the shower head in the bathroom was leaking water onto the floor.

I stayed there by trusting the Hilton brand and paying a high fee, but overall I was not satisfied at all. Although the weather was still cold, the hotel had switched to summer practice as a central location, so I felt very cold in the room at night. Besides this, there were flies in the room and the most disturbing thing was that one of the lamps never went off because it was broken; Although I reported the situation to the authorities, no attention was given during my stay. The only plus of the staff was their friendliness, but this was not enough to compensate for the basic comfort and service deficiencies I encountered; I definitely didn't get what I paid for.

Friendly helpful staff. The food is diverse and delicious. The location is very nice. The only minus was that there was a slight cigarette smell in the room. That's probably due to the irresponsibility of the previous customer. There are sprays that will solve this, but whether they are healthy or not is always debatable. It was a nice winter break. Thank you.
