Çınarlı Kasrı Hotel

Even though I wanted a double bed, a sponge was placed between two single beds to make it look like a double bed. The bathroom door was glass and all sides were open, top and bottom, we were disturbed by both the smell and the sound of water. The entire room was covered with carpet, no matter how much it was cleaned, I did not find it hygienically appropriate. There was no view from the room, it was like we stayed in a closed box.

The rooms were very comfortable, the prices were very reasonable, the sheets, pillows and duvet cover sets in the rooms smelled clean, the toilets and bathrooms were obviously hygienic, it was a very caring and relevant business.

I stayed for two nights, I was satisfied, it was clean.

Everything was very nice, there are activities for both young people, adults and children. We enjoyed our holiday very much, it is a business that I can definitely come to again. Thank you very much.

The location was very good, the welcome was very good, the breakfast was not enough, the breakfast area was a little cold.

Bar service is not good

Water was leaking out of the shower in the room. I had to put the foot towel on the bathroom door. I could not find the Dedeman Hotel to suit its name at all and I chose it based on its quality. I would like to say that the bathrooms of the rooms should be paid a little more attention. Also, the bedspread and sheets did not seem clean to me.
