Vital Thermal Hotel and Spa

Ghost hotel, interest is zero, we saw 10 flying insects in the suite we stayed in and we couldn't sleep because of their noise all night. When we reported it to the staff, they said it was normal because they were close to the forest, but we learned that there was no such thing in any hotel nearby, the hygiene was zero, a big disappointment.

It was our second visit to the hotel and we came back because we were very pleased with it the first time. The hotel pool and food were good but our room was full of bugs:(At first we thought there were bugs in the room on the terrace and we requested a room change, but the room we went to was full of bugs again. We asked for a vacuum cleaner and my wife vacuumed it. We have a little baby and we couldn't put it in the crib because we thought the bugs would come, so we couldn't sleep. The sauna was broken on the last day, it couldn't make it to women's hours, so we couldn't use it. It will only get better if the problems are fixed.

The price of the hotel seemed a little high to me, the food varieties could be increased, apart from that, everything was very nice.

The hotel staff were great, in one word, outstanding service. The staff at -1, the dining hall staff, and the ground floor staff were absolutely wonderful.
