When we checked in, the staff was friendly, but when we got to the room, it was a complete disappointment. The television is not working, the jacuzzi is not working, there is a telephone in the room, there is no cable, we decided to go to the private bathroom. There are no towels in the dirt, only bathrobes. It was a complete fiasco.
