Grand Termal Yalova Resort Hotel & Spa

It is a place I would not recommend, I regret it very much, it did not meet the price I paid, I do not think it is a place suitable for families, it has no activities, the cleaning is terrible, the children are very bored, they tried to sell everything for a fee, they do not offer any treats between breakfast and dinner, there are no snacks or drinks in the rooms, and when you want it, they tried to sell it for a fee. When we went, it was raining, water was flowing from everywhere, it needs a serious renovation, neither landscaping nor maintenance, there is nothing, the roofs were full of holes, the ceilings were in pieces.

For example, I wasn't very happy with it. On the first day, I was tired and decided to take a shower. Unfortunately, there was no hot water.

It was very good, the food could have been better... there are no social activities...

We were not satisfied with the hotel, the electricity kept cutting off, we waited for the elevator for 10 minutes, we were fooled by the photos every time, the queue for food was very long and the food was renewed within 15-20 minutes after it was consumed, for a very long time and the hotel smelled like sewage, when we first arrived, they said they would clean it with room freshener, they said we would change your room if the smell increased. Even the showers, the hotel is actually nice, but there is a management problem, we will not choose it again.
