We were pleased with the cleanliness and staff approach. However, the walls are very thin and the slightest conversation in the corridor or other rooms was directly in our room. We couldn't sleep well at night. Since it was the weekend, street sounds continued until late.

It's a terrible, terrible place. The rooms, toilet and bathroom are literally for 1/4 person. There are no smoking rooms, and there is a 250 euro penalty for smoking and setting off the smoke detector alarm. From now on, the existence of such a hotel in Bursa is irrelevant for me.

Security in the hotel is at a high level. Cleanliness and hygiene were as good as our home. We enjoyed our holiday by extending our holiday for 2 more days at the hotel, which won our hearts with its friendly staff and rich breakfast.

We came to Ankara because of our consulate appointment. Since I had surgery, I wanted to stay for 1 night. First of all, I called and explained my situation and said that I wanted to check in a little early so that I could rest. They flatly refused. But when we arrived at the hotel, I reported my situation face to face again. Even though we went to the hotel early, they did not reject my request and took us to the room early. Hotel rooms are small but very clean. Everything is new. The bathrooms are spotless. The breakfast is very diverse. We stayed for 1 night, but we were very pleased with everything.
