Düzce Derdin Termal Resort & Spa

The rooms are below normal, the towels are old, the food is bad, we stayed for 4 days, my wife was able to enter the thermal spa for 2 days, the ladies could not enter because of the extreme heat, we had a massage, we were satisfied, the music was good, unfortunately we are not satisfied in general.

We only made a reservation in advance for room service. When we wanted to have breakfast, we were asked for a very high fee. They said that the stated fee was an additional service fee and a very serious amount was charged. However, since you are a customer of the hotel, a more reasonable price could have been obtained. We could have received a much better breakfast service for the amount we paid.

It's a very responsive business, I didn't have any problems checking in and out, I was very pleased.

I stayed for the first time and it is a spotlessly clean hotel. Also the rooms are compact and adequate. The employees are extremely polite. The hotel manager was also extremely polite. The location is already great. 3 minutes walking distance to Kızılay metro. The breakfast was also sufficient. If I come to Ankara, it will be a place I will choose again❤️
