The stay was very nice, we enjoyed it. It is a nice hotel to visit with family, thank you for everything.

Internet was not working at all

According to the price and performance, the room was very bad. We got an economical room. It doesn't get air. You can't sleep because of the sound of the air conditioner. If you open the window, the air conditioner gas fills the room. We got sick. The staff is good. The food is 4 out of 10. There are many varieties, but the tastes are bad. There is no salt room. The pools are crowded and dirty. The floors were clean. The outdoor pool is good, but there is no elevator. It is difficult for the sick and the elderly to get out. There is no 5 o'clock tea. It seems to be available in the half-board. Think of it as the best of the worst. We got sick in 2 days. If the door is opened, it comes to the corridor opposite the bed. If the window is opened, the air conditioner poisons the gas. I literally ran away from the hotel

The rooftop pool is small for a facility of this capacity. The number of guests is high and the pool is small. Apart from that I was satisfied

First of all, since it coincided with the November midterm break, there was a very crowded and noisy environment. I can understand this, but the food quality and variety of a 4-star concept hotel was incredibly inadequate, the dining hall was very small compared to the hotel capacity, so there was a queue. I do not even do pool maintenance and cleaning. I would neither go nor recommend this hotel, which I went to upon recommendation.
