Anemon Bursa Gönlüferah Termal & Spa

It was a place that I was always satisfied with, but this time I was not satisfied at all - we stayed on 2 levels, there is no such thing as curtains, there is no such thing as privacy, the inside is visible from the outside, there are dead insects in the dirt, there are no breakfast patterns on the floor, there is no rich breakfast, we asked for an omelette, the staff scolds the waiter asking why did you buy the omelette, the waiter explains why you bought the omelette and says don't buy it again because the customer wants it, we can hear the kitchen staff with glasses saying this, so I will not choose it again.

We stayed for 1 night, the room was clean, we had no heating problems. Breakfast was good, room service brought our order quickly. There was only 1 bottle of water in the minibar, but at least 2 could have been added. Additionally, other products could also be placed in the minibar. Overall we were satisfied.

Maybe I came to Bursa on the hottest days of the year, but the ventilation in our room was terrible. It works for 5 minutes and then it doesn't cool. Then I turn it off and on again. I couldn't do this until the morning. I had to open the window. The middle of the window opening with the butterfly was not adjusted. So it was half opened. Of course, I couldn't sleep until the morning because of the mosquitoes. The breakfast was below average. The car park is about 300 meters from the hotel. It's somewhere at the bottom, under a steep hill. Nobody said we should leave it. So, it's a terrible hotel.
