Prices are a little high

It was a very nice place, the price performance balance was reasonable. However, they could improve the breakfast a little more.

The hotel room is not clean, the air conditioner, television lamps are faulty, the rooms are not ventilated, it smells of dampness, it is good if it is considered only as a room, do not think of it as thermal.

The fact that the WC is in a glass cabin inside the room will disturb your privacy no matter who you go with.

The attention was very good, I was very pleased.

First of all, I would like to thank the entire team for the hospitality of the hotel. The food, animator team, cleanliness and service quality are admirable. Due to its location (Kumluca beach), it can be said that there is no sea opportunity. It is constantly cloudy and there is significant fluctuation regardless of weather conditions. In pool conditions, the Islamic concept requirement is not met. Use of the family pool should be valid for those who will participate as a family. It is quite wrong that male guests are accepted as singular guests in an area called the family pool. An indoor men's pool is not a solution to this situation. It does not solve both the deprivation of sunbathing and the issue I mentioned. Moreover, although the hotel management gives a written warning at the entrance, male guests do not comply with the hasema rule in the pool. Especially the fact that they walk around the snack cafe topless and in their non-mahram shorts is contrary to Islam and the Islamic concept. This was a very disturbing situation. In short, there is nothing to be done about the sea conditions. This situation has already been evaluated within the scope of benefit/cost. However, in my opinion, applying conditions in line with the Islamic concept is a situation that needs to be prevented/improved for the future of the hotel.
