The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. In terms of cleanliness, the bathrooms, toilets and lavatories were good. Be careful to wash the duvet cover sets. It was clean but there were stains

The staff was attentive, but there was a bad smell in the room, especially the toilet. The bed and pillow were not comfortable. Breakfast was good for the price.

I came for business and stayed for 1 night. I recommend it.

Thermal spring pools are very beneficial for health. The facility was clean, but the baskets that wore out or broke down due to use and the equipment that needed to be replaced were left as they were. This is annoying for the user. Don't have too high expectations.

Everything was fine, I was very pleased.

The worst disgraceful hotel I have ever seen in my life. They gave me a basement floor room, it was not visible during the reservation and even if you tied a dog as an extra, it would not stop, it was so humid and smelly, we changed the room with the price difference. The room we passed was a disgrace, there were cigarette butts and hair everywhere, even if you didn't ask for cleanliness, you pull the curtain, dust comes out and there are insects. Disgrace is not worth it in any way.

The location and terrace are nice.
