In terms of the quality of the service received (room size, cleanliness, comfort, silence, there is a mini that only consists of water...) everything is bad. Let alone 4 star comfort, it is not even worth 2 stars. The only positive answer is the staff who try to work devotedly despite everything.

The air conditioner was not working properly, there are some people who wrote in the comments that the music disturbed me, but it ended at 12 o'clock and I was not overly disturbed. Both the cleaning and the personal care products provided were of very high quality and thought. The breakfast was also nice, I recommend it, it's full price performance for this price and quality.
