Reva Miami Hotel Restaurant SPA Kozbeyli

This is the hotel where we spent our 3-day holiday with my family. We were really pleased. We would like to thank all the friendly staff, especially Mr. Ensar. The breakfast is very good and sufficient, everything is served fresh. The rooms are spotless and sparkling. The hotel is a wonderful mansion in the city center. You can easily go and visit everywhere on foot. If we go to Amasya again, we would prefer the Ziyagil mansion again.

It is an excellent hotel with all its facilities. We go on holiday every year. We have visited so many hotels. I have never seen such friendly and caring staff. We had a holiday above satisfaction, thank you all.

Everyone is very attentive and customer satisfaction is at a premium. The amenities are very good and each room has an ironing board and iron. Care cream, shampoo and body gels are available in clumptree boxes in the showers, and there is even hand lotion in the sinks.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a pleasant day surrounded by nature and with a super view. You should definitely go down to the seaside and listen to the sounds of nature. They said it was difficult to get there, but it is possible to reach the center by BA2 bus or taxi. The hotel staff welcomed us perfectly. Thank you for everything.

The pluses for me were as follows: It was very good in terms of cleanliness, friendliness and service. The minuses are that the internet is very bad, it is not suitable for any kind of movies, it is insufficient even for work, it constantly freezes, and although the food is good, there are not many options.

The rooms are extremely small. If only one person remains, that's enough. The toilet is built ridiculously at the foot of the bed. The room was cleaned once, they don't care much. You call the reception to turn the air conditioner on and off, they turn it on and off. I don't understand what era we live in. Even the napkins are of poor quality, I would definitely not choose them again.
