Although the location of the hotel is in Alibeyköy, it is very easy to reach all central places as there is a metro passing by and a tram passing across the street. However, do not go with your own vehicle. Its roads are narrow, there is a lot of traffic, and since it is a city hotel, its parking lot is limited and very narrow. The staff members constantly ask for the keys and say they will handle it, but I did not want to give the newly purchased vehicle and had a hard time every time I entered or exited. Attitudes such as don't put it there, put it there, park it that way were not nice. Other than that, I did not encounter any negative situations. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is rich. Unfortunately, Arabs who have hair transplants are very numerous and noisy here, just like everywhere else.

The staff at the reception was attentive, the building is generally an old building, so don't expect anything big.

Although the facility is an old hotel, the attitude and service of the employees are very good. It is also in a central location.

It's like a prison, the electricity goes on and off every two minutes, we didn't like it very much.

I was extremely pleased. It is clean, the staff is extremely caring and polite. A quiet hotel.
