The location is great, the price is reasonable, the employees are friendly and hardworking. They are smiling. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Wifi is available. The shower and bathroom are very nice. The best 3 star hotel I have ever seen, thank you.

The hotel is very nice with everything, the food, the variety, the cleaning staff, the only thing that needs improvement in my opinion is the sandy beach, it could be a little wider.

I stayed at the Kabaçam hotel for only one night. After I bought the hotel, I learned that it was also in Basmane and I was scared. Because everyone was telling me to stay away from Basmane when they went to Izmir. Fortunately, I bought it. I immediately called the hotel and asked if the hotel was suitable for a single woman and two children as I was coming with my 2 children. They said there was no problem. My job was only one night anyway. The price was affordable for 3 people. I trusted the hotel manager and went. I saw that my worries were in vain. If it is just a clean room, you can choose it with peace of mind. Thank you to the team and their smiling face!

We stayed as a family for 5 days. The friendliness of the staff was very good. The cleanliness and facilities offered were really good. The breakfast was excellent both in terms of variety and quality. When you look at price performance, it is an excellent hotel. If I were to go to Erzurum again, I would not need to look for a hotel.
