The service was good, except for the harsh and insensitive behavior of the woman at the reception (whose name I will not give), thank you. The location of the hotel was close to the train station, close to the tram and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. I wish some staff were a little more sensitive.

The location is great, the rooms are renovated and spacious. The food is very good, appetizers and desserts are made by expert hands. It's obvious they use fresh and good ingredients. It has its own umbrellas and sun loungers, the sea is great. It would be great if only one staff member would take care of the hotel guests on the beach. Insulation between rooms should be corrected. There's a lot of noise. The staff is very attentive, they are trying their best to keep up. Overall, I was very pleased. I would definitely like to come again

A great hotel. They only demanded a fee because we came at night. But they helped afterwards. The establishment is very friendly and the breakfast is open buffet but of course there are few options. It is a perfect place in terms of location and price.
