Diamond Premium Hotel & Spa

I regret choosing this hotel in Gallipoli, where I went for my friend's wedding. I was short on time, so I went unprepared and the wedding started. I requested to have my shirt ironed, but I was told that it would be for a fee, and I accepted. Then I was told that there was no staff, and when I asked for the iron for a fee, I was told that they could not provide it because it was connected to the boiler. Although it saddened me that I could not find an iron in the hotel, which costs 6 thousand liras per night, the worse situation was that the staff at the reception did it. The gentleman was aware that I was in a difficult situation and I asked him for a place he could recommend for ironing in Gallipoli, where I was a stranger. I got the answer that you can look it up on the internet. It made me very sad that there was such a service approach in this sector.

The location and environment of the hotel were excellent and the cleanliness was adequate. The only thing that could be improved would be a more controlled preparation of the hot products in the open buffet breakfast.

In the Delux room we stayed in, the refrigerator was not working and there was not even a kettle for hot water. The duvet was too hard, heavy and smaller than the bed size.

I have never seen such a dirty hotel in my life.

First of all, the staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was small but clean. The hotel room had everything it needed. We couldn't stay for breakfast. (As a recommendation, a slightly softer pillow can be placed.)

Hygiene is terrible, depending on the season, every hotel is the same price, but hygiene and everything is terrible, aabah, I just left the hotel, I went there for a change, the water is cold, the air conditioning does not work, the cleanliness is zero.

There were hairs on the sheets, there were hairs in the sink, incense was burned in the room, the hotel's neighborhood is like an industrial place, car parking is a problem. If you are a single person, you can close your eyes and stay. The location is close to the center of Taksim, Dolmabahçe, etc. I think this is the only drawback.
