Everyone is very attentive and customer satisfaction is at a premium. The amenities are very good and each room has an ironing board and iron. Care cream, shampoo and body gels are available in clumptree boxes in the showers, and there is even hand lotion in the sinks.

The room was very nice and clean. It was just like in the photos. However, on the last day, since we were leaving in the morning, they cut off the water and we left the hotel without even brushing our teeth. We stayed for 2 nights. The hot pool was cooler on the second night than the first night, so we couldn't use it much. They may have turned off the heater because we were going out again. That's why I deducted points. Apart from these, we went with my wife and we were satisfied.

The staff was very attentive, the rooms were clean, the garden part was perfect, only the parking issue was complicated, other than that it was nice, we are planning to go again.

It definitely doesn't deserve the money it paid. The room and general cleanliness was not good. There were long hairs in the bed and the room. It looked like they had not been cleaned.

We went with my friend to visit Samsun and relax, we booked the hotel based on the reviews and location, but we were disappointed. When we went to our room, all the drawers of the dresser in the room were broken, the toilet seat was broken and could not be kept open. The tea machine was broken, they brought another one, this time there was a problem with the sockets. We told them and they changed our room. When we entered the new room there was a used towel behind the door. I don't know how the cleaning was done. When it came to breakfast, it was said to be between 8 and 10 o'clock. We went down and told us that nothing left on the table was replenished. They told us to take the leftovers. There was no bread in it. We asked and they said unfortunately it was finished. In short, we are astonished by the good ratings given to this hotel by the guests. We had a nice holiday and we do not plan to stay in the same hotel as Geösedebas.

Overall I was satisfied, only the breakfast could be improved a little more..

My hotel room was not heating up even though I closed the balcony door and turned on the air conditioner. Bath towels smell bad.

We did not have any problems regarding cleanliness, friendliness and accommodation. In short, it was a hotel stay that we found the satisfaction we were looking for. The breakfast was also very good. Thank you for everything.
