It is a good hotel considering its price performance, but when I stay I have to leave early so I cannot have breakfast. It would be nice if breakfast time was a little earlier.

The rooms are bad, I saw the sliding toilet door for the first time. It didn't have the quality I expected. I won't go to this hotel again.

The location is very nice, the view is wonderful, the employees are very attentive, it would be much better if a little more care was taken into the food.

Also, although there is a parking problem in Old Mardin, the fact that the hotel has its own parking lot is a very important advantage and it was very nice that it was close to everywhere. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days in total. They did not turn on the air conditioners for 4 days in the middle of summer, I think they are trying to save money because it is a system error. There are iron bars in front of the windows of the rooms and the rooms cannot get air. It was a very bad experience for us. I wouldn't choose it again. The staff is friendly but the rest are not very helpful.
