Amara Old City Hotel & Spa

The hotel was very nice, not one of the staff, but all of them were very attentive. However, the mini bar was free at the first entrance, and on the following days it was paid except for water and tea. It should be free in a hotel with an all-inclusive concept.

It was nice, but the bad smell from the bathroom is still unresolved

There was an internet and air conditioning problem that could not be solved, other than that, everything else was fine.

It's nice that it's just in the center, other than that, the attention of the staff, the cleaning of the room is terrible, I definitely do not recommend it, the sinks were full of butts, they did not clean them even though I told them, the TV was broken.

The employees were very attentive and polite. We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location was very good, it was within walking distance to everywhere.
