Aletris Deluxe Hotel & Spa

It is a very nice hotel in terms of location and price performance, I had a happy stay. I would like to thank the employees for their interest, thank you for their efforts.

The hotel was really clean, the staff was very attentive, the lady at the reception was very helpful. It was above my expectations, I thank everyone... It's a place where you can stay safely.

Even though we booked a suite room, we were given a normal room. We tried to get it first. We wanted to stay again the next night. We went out for cleaning and came back 2 hours later. This time we couldn't open the door with the card. We went down to the reception again and fixed it. This time it wasn't cleaned either. We went down to the reception again and we were kept waiting in the lobby for about an hour to be cleaned. It was a hotel we stayed in regularly, so it wasn't the first, but it was the last. We don't plan on staying there again, the cleanliness is zero anyway.

Everything was perfect.

They took very good care of me, I was very pleased, thank you.

The food was very good, the staff were all very respectful and caring, you could go with your family with peace of mind, the extra food and drink prices were affordable.
