We had a very quiet stay. They were always open to communication to get support on any issue we wanted. We had good use of the room and hotel facilities. We stayed in a river view room. The view was great and everything was very clean. Breakfast was sufficient and nice.

The hair dryer was broken and was on the edge of the sink. Even though I told the staff, they did not care. Even though the weather was very cold, they turned off the heating system at night, we were frozen. In short, there is no service, the cabinets do not have doors, they do not open, I don't know which one to say, never again.

Transportation was very convenient, the employees were very helpful and helpful in every aspect, I was very satisfied.

Even though I said "Do not disturb" doorknob twice, it was not given to me and there was no room available. The cleaners constantly disturbed me while I was sleeping in the morning. Because there was no do not disturb sign to hang on my door. Even though I said no one brought it

Great for solo travelers or couples in terms of location and price. It is very good that it also has a tavern and cafe. The attention of all the staff, especially the friendly Ms. Nimet, is simply perfect. Be sure to visit. There was only one drawback, and I think it was due to the room I stayed in. It had no windows. If you're just going to sleep like me, it's okay. It is recommended.

The sheets inside the bathtub were dirty, the towels were smelly, as if a cursory cleaning had been done, and when we asked for sheets, they asked for a new one for the dirty sheets they had left behind. They said that it would not be changed before 3 days, and about the food, on the grounds that there were not a few guests, the food was taken out the day before, the grills were closed. Even though we booked a different room every day, when we arrived at the hotel, they said that the room was problematic and we were placed in a room that was not related to the room we chose. It was a very bad experience:(
