The hotel is 5 stars, but I think the interior is at most three stars. Overall quality is low

The location of the hotel is good, the cleanliness is okay, the only problem is that it uses the same balcony as the room next door and the balcony door does not lock. When I reported this, there was no problem until now. It made us nervous. The air conditioner in the room is old, but it works for its own sake. They said that a mini-closet in the hotel is paid, we did not need it, but the closet was in the room.

It is a very elite and beautiful hotel, I was very pleased with the service I received.

I stayed for 2 nights, there was no hot water, I told them on the first day, they said it was fixed on the 2nd day, there was no hot water again, I told them to check it, they said they would send someone, no one came. On the first day, I said the air conditioner was broken, they said they would look into it, but it wasn't. There is no glass on one side of the shower jab in the bathroom, the entire toilet is filled with water. I did not see any cleaning done on the 2nd day. It was not enough for the price, only the bed was good. If you do not have any expectations other than sleeping, you can go, but I do not recommend it.

Our room was very nice jr. We stayed in a suite room. We chose a honeymoon room, we expected treats and decorations in the room, but there were none. Other than that, the breakfast variety was standard and nice. We were pleased with our stay.

We had a two-day holiday with my wife. The environment is very nice. Don't find peace. Cat, dog, chicken, whatever you want. Perfect for a natural holiday. It would be better if the water, air conditioning and heating problem were solved a little. 2. Air conditioning did not work. We slept all night. Thanks
