The Sense Deluxe

Knowing that the facilities and capacities of hotels in Düzce are limited compared to other cities and because of the conference I will attend at the university, I looked at the accommodation opportunities in the city. Considering the above average reviews about this hotel in the comments, I made a reservation for 3 days and paid in advance. My reservation was between 19 - 22 February, when there was a snowstorm. I reached the hotel late in the evening of February 19th. Although the room was large enough, it was freezing cold because the heating system was not turned on beforehand. The bathroom was worse than the room. There were marks on the bed and sheets. The tea glasses sent as treats were extremely dirty and full of marks, clearly indicating that they had not been washed adequately for a long time. Towels, soap and shampoo were missing in the room. The hair dryer stopped by itself after 2 minutes. The slippers in the room were almost wafer-thin, slipping on the wet floor. The towels brought later were old and discolored. Since there was no door to the shower area, the bathroom floor was getting wet. Even though the bathroom door was left open, the bathroom did not heat up until the morning. The breakfast, called an open buffet, was served in a hall without any heating system and without any staff, waiters, etc. The fries were wilted and cold. Tea could be bought in a cardboard cup. The breakfast variety was extremely limited, the bread was left over from the day before, the soup served was finished and no one even came to check from the kitchen. I left the hotel, where I stayed for about 12 hours, without even getting paid for the remaining 2 days. I never recommend it. They need a serious service overhaul.

It is a very affordable hotel for an all-inclusive hotel. Overall, I was satisfied..

The hotel is in a good location, close to everywhere, but it is not good in terms of cleanliness, it is very bad, and we did not like the breakfast either.

Only the rooms were a little small, other than that everything was fine..

There have been very few places where I have been this satisfied, the staff are very attentive and friendly, the hotel is clean and they do their job really well.
