It's a hotel I've stayed in before. Its location is superb. It's stylish, decent and clean. The cleaning of the drawers and cupboards was forgotten, but it was sparkling clean as soon as I mentioned it. The employees were friendly and helpful. One of them was a bit rude, but :) I was able to leave my belongings after checking out. Tea, coffee, mineral water and water were offered. I recommend the breakfast menu to be normalized :) This is a hotel I would like to stay in every time I go to Istanbul.

I booked a room with a pool, but the pool was freezing cold and we couldn't use it at all. Even though we turned the pool heating device to 30 degrees, the pool area did not heat up.
