We could not use the outdoor pool. The water was very cold. The shower water in the room flowed very little and was not hot. We thought we would also benefit from the outdoor thermal pool. Moreover, every guest thought the same thing. Therefore, our dreams did not come true.

Since it has just opened, there are a few things that need to be changed, for example, the pool tables are so close that you constantly bump into each other with the people playing next to you. It is very clean, the food is very delicious, everyone working is very friendly, overall we were very pleased.

The price was extremely expensive, but we had to buy it because we had to. The staff was very helpful, breakfast etc. was very successful, the cleaning was nice, but there was a strong and heavy smell of moisture in the bathroom of the room we stayed in. The TV remote was not working and there was no air conditioning remote control... We can say that we froze in the room until the air conditioning remote control arrived. Fortunately, the staff solved our problem immediately. Additionally, there was an open window watching the room from the outside and it was extremely disturbing. Anyway, in short, I can say that everything, location and service were good, except for the high price, the smell in the bathroom and the glass showing the inside of the room.

I had a great day, thank you to the hotel staff, they are very attentive and friendly.

The open buffet breakfast was incredibly bad, the cheeses were yellow and dried, the olives were not green in the same way, the bread was stale and there was insufficient variety.

I was very pleased with the hotel. The friends working at the hotel were very kind, friendly and helpful. This will be my next choice again. Thank you for everything.
