It was very nice, close to the center, we were satisfied

I went at least 4 times before and consciously chose it again, we were very satisfied as a family.

It is a hotel that I am very pleased with, both in terms of staff and cleanliness. It is in a central location, it is spotlessly clean, the staff is very attentive, the breakfast is very nice.

Hello, I did not know the contents of the room because my wife made a reservation. Our room was supposed to have 1 double bed and 2 single beds, but there were 3 single beds. We suffered from being given a different room, possibly a smaller room. We couldn't even use the balcony because the balconies of the next room were adjacent to each other, and we couldn't even open the balcony door to get some air at night. Since there was insufficient seating in indoor areas, we had to sit outside in cold weather. The staff was friendly and helpful.
