It is a nice hotel in a very nice location, it would be much nicer if a little more attention was paid to cleanliness.

There was no heating problem, the bed, toilet, sink and bathroom looked clean. The tables had not been cleaned and looked bad because they were old, as did the wallpaper. There was a problem with the drain in the bathroom, water accumulated. The toilet brush was broken. I think it's an ideal place for a night or two because the most frequently used areas are clean. In terms of location, I think it is good, there is A101 opposite it, it is close to the shopping mall, you can reach the beach by walking for about 20 minutes or by taking the bus from the nearby stops and getting off after 2-3 stops.

I had no problems, everything went very well.
