The hotel was extremely clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. It was only a pity that Palamud restaurant did not offer a discount to customers staying at the hotel. Other than that, I had an excellent holiday experience.

Even though I wanted a double bed, a sponge was placed between two single beds to make it look like a double bed. The bathroom door was glass and all sides were open, top and bottom, we were disturbed by both the smell and the sound of water. The entire room was covered with carpet, no matter how much it was cleaned, I did not find it hygienically appropriate. There was no view from the room, it was like we stayed in a closed box.

When we first checked in, there were other people's personal laundry, we asked them to change our room, they were interested and they changed our room. The noises we heard throughout the 3 nights would of course disturb the family. The breakfast is sufficient and nice, the hotel is in a good location.
