It is a nice and clean hotel in a central location, it is very close to the city center, 400 meters from the beach, on foot, everything was fine, but the only and biggest problem is that there is a lot of noise, especially when Russian customers enter their rooms, they open their doors very loudly, close them very hard, shout loudly in the corridor and on the balconies. It was really disturbing. I stayed for 8 nights. My sleep was disturbed many times due to the noise. Maybe the Russian and Ukrainian guests are shouting at each other in this way due to their culture, but at 3 a.m. I don't think they can be shouting and disrespecting other hotel guests without thinking that they are sleeping. In my opinion, this is the biggest problem of the hotel. If there were warnings about noise if signs were pasted on the doors from inside and outside, I think some success could be achieved in reducing noise. The hotel management should urgently take some measures on this issue and find a solution. It should definitely start with written, visual and verbal warnings and information.

Location. Everything is very convenient, including the employees. I recommend them. They are friendly and nice people. I recommend them.

Simply put, I recommend it to everyone.

It could have been cheaper on weekdays. Also, the spa was under renovation, we were sorry. :(

There was nothing to use in the room, there were no bathroom amenities, the minibar was empty.

Terrible. Cleanliness is bad. Staff is lazy. They cut off the electricity at night and we froze. When I told them in the morning, they said, "Oh, he threw it out." The blow dryer is broken. There is no lamp in the room. Do not go.
