Reception chief Mr. Yağız gained your satisfaction by showing us the room options upon arrival. Ayşegül, Bahar and Gökhan, who worked in the restaurant section for six days, fulfilled our requests without any delay. Food variety was nice. We especially loved the pita and lahmacun. We never got bored with the activities throughout the day. We only felt the lack of an indoor pool. Overall we left satisfied.

There was a big difference between the pictures we saw and the room we stayed in. We killed two cockroaches in the room. There are also pictures of them, I can send them if you want. My wife screamed because of the cockroaches, we couldn't sleep at night and in the morning.
