The staff is great. The biggest problem for me in hotels is always the pillow. It was great that they offered 5-6 different options and the service was very fast.

It was very meticulously clean, the room was very good in terms of location, the room was extremely large and extremely comfortable, the breakfast was very good, it had all hot and cold products, it was a very good stay for us in terms of price performance.

I can say food and drink price performance. Apart from that, the cleaning is poor. We stayed in the room for 4 days and no one came to clean or take the garbage. The staff is either very young, inexperienced, or old, indifferent, and nothing in between. They glare at me when I order. This approach should not exist in an all-inclusive hotel. Other than that, we were generally satisfied.

Overall it was a good stay, only the breakfast variety could be increased a bit more.

If I were to stay in the city center, Konya would definitely be my first choice. The room is close to perfect, only the hotel's breakfast is missing, the rest is more than ideal.

I chose it for the 2nd time and had no problems. I've tried many hotels, but this one has the most comfortable beds in the neighborhood. The rooms are spacious. Air conditioning works very well. If I come again, I will stay here.
