During our three-day stay, we were very pleased with the location and facilities of the hotel. We had the opportunity to meet the hotel owner. He was very kind, polite and helpful. The staff was very friendly and sincere. Our sister at the restaurant was very naive and helpful. Even though we were late for breakfast, she did not hesitate to provide an extra service. We thank her very much. If we come again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in a central location and you can go everywhere on foot, which is very good, but unfortunately the cleanliness and room facilities are very bad. The curtain rod of our room was broken and the background curtain was constantly falling down. It is not nice to accommodate guests like this. When I opened the wardrobe, a dirty towel was found inside, obviously not checked at all. If you want to take a shower in the bathroom, you may be disappointed because one person can barely fit into the shower cabin and since there is no door to close the shower cabin, your bathroom will be flooded. The staff was polite and attentive and helped arrange a place for our car for parking.

My experience after the 3-day stay is as follows: you don't have to worry about food, there are 50 different types of food every day, without exaggeration, appealing to everyone, and some of these dishes change every day. There are no always the same dishes. The first night there was a fish event, the next night there was a tantuni, the next night there was a kebab and chicken doner event. Apart from these, there are nearly 50 types of food and a lot of desserts. The pool is clean, the slide was not installed, but it was in the pictures, the rooms are clean, the employees are friendly, the spa, the Turkish bath, and the massage are extra paid. It was above my expectations.

It was a nice, clean hotel and close to everywhere in Ortaköy. We will come again and stay here.

There is definitely a service and facility quality above 3 stars. Undoubtedly the best hotel in the region.
