Everything was very nice at the hotel, except that although everything is included, the drinks are served with plain cola, fanta and sprite, no fruit syrup etc. is added. It's an extra. They can't adjust the ice thing. Let me say the kids working at the pool bar are kids because they don't know how to speak and how to bartend. The rest of the staff at the restaurant were very polite and knew how to address the customers. Those who are going on holiday can evaluate it accordingly and go.
