We were curious about the lagoon pool, but it was under renovation and we were not even sent a message or informed, so I deducted points.

We felt really comfortable and special during our stay. The entire team was extremely friendly, caring and helpful. The hotel's location, cleanliness, food, Turkish bath and sauna services were very good. Especially the lagoon pool (hot pool) at the hotel was great. This pool would be absolutely perfect when it's snowing outdoors :)) Thank you very much to everyone who contributed to this beautiful experience.

Everything was beautiful.

Although it was generally good, there were so many children that it is never an option for adults or those who want to relax. Specialized areas for children are limited or unsupervised even though there are adult areas, so it is never a quiet and peaceful environment. Although the opportunities were good, it was a mess. It is never a good option in terms of price and performance.

We were very pleased with the hotel, everything about the service, friendliness, attention and cleanliness was very good. We were a little disturbed that there was only one hot pool and there were children in it all the time. One of the 3 cold pools could have been warmer, at least more comfortable. Bizim 7 aylık bebeğimiz var ve havuza küçük olduğu için sokmuyor havuz kısmına bebek arabalarının sokulmaması bizi çok rahatsız etti. It could be taken in sterilized, there were a lot of small babies inside. Apart from such details, we liked the hotel very much and will choose it again.

We came 2 years ago and loved the spa area at that time, but during this stay, the spa area was a complete disappointment. The massage system in the adult pool and the jacuzzi next to it were not working, the pool in the women's section was closed, only the spa part is active, there is only one small sauna and steam room in the common area, it is active, people are sitting crowded in the tiny sauna, there was a foot massage in the same area, they were not working, we preferred the wet area just because it was so beautiful, I don't think I will go again.

It was a nice hotel, but it was not very good in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. It could be a buffet, but the plates, forks and spoons were stained, the bathroom and the toilet were not very clean.

Everything was perfect, thank you elite world. Thank you to the receptionist Arif, who delivered our room immediately even though we checked in early on Saturday morning. He was very helpful.
