The hotel staff kept us waiting there happily because I made an appointment via internet. Even though I showed them the appointment number, they were not convinced and I waited in vain for hours. It was a hotel I have been going to for years, I have never had such a bad experience. I think the staff should leave their ego aside and teach the customer how to treat the guest.

The service and concept were nice.

We came with my wife for our honeymoon. The service we received, from the hotel manager to the chef, from the reception to the other employees, were all very friendly, sincere and respectful people. The rooms are clean, they are cleaned regularly every day, the three-course open buffet meals and drinks were clean, plentiful and delicious. Even though we came at the end of the season, they did not show any lack of service, thank you. We recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who is considering coming.

The name is Ramada but it was not of Ramada quality. The rooms are old, unfortunately middle class.

The location of the hotel is close to Marmara Sea and bus stops, regular cleaning is done every day, tea bags, coffee and water are offered in the room. The room is a bit small, I asked for a desk, they helped by making a small change in the layout of the room, I had a long stay and was generally satisfied.

The hotel is clean, location is quite adequate in terms of parking, the only downside is that it is a bit stuffy as the windows do not open.

It has lost its name as Hilton. The rooms smell. There is smoking inside. There is no minibar. There is a safe in the room, but it was broken. I stayed for two days. On the first day, I called twice and no one came. On the second day, I called three times. They finally came and fixed the safe. The hotel is very bad for its price. The elevator is very slow. There is always a queue in the elevator. You set the hot water in the elevator. It will scald you right under it in less than 1 minute. If you don't run away, you will be burned.
