Grand Atakum Hotel

Great location, price performance hotel.

The staff were attentive and quick solution oriented, especially the care and attention of the housekeeping staff was great.

This hotel, which we chose as a 4-star hotel in Atakum, truly had the service quality of a 2-star hotel. Don't let the pictures on the internet deceive anyone. We spent a very uncomfortable day in a dark room with an old bathroom that was at least 30 years old.

I am truly and truly sincerely saying that I have been staying and traveling for all these years and I have never seen such a bad, neglected, uncleaned and indifferent staff. It is a very, very, very bad place. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The pictures and the reality are not at all incompatible. There is not even a lamp in the room and there is not even liquid soap. We were fooled by the 4-star rating, but we were left with only disappointment and the fact that it is not a family hotel.

The bed was in very bad condition. Overall there were no other problems.

We were very pleased with the hotel, especially the open buffet breakfast was quite nice, the location and view were really good, we could go to the beach without taking the car out, we never had a parking problem, in short, when we come again, which we will, and we will choose this hotel again.

I go to the same hotel every year. The staff is very attentive. The hotel has its shortcomings, but it is well cleaned by the staff. We stay with peace of mind. The price is very reasonable. I recommend it.

Theft of old wooden parts of hotel rooms, drawers, cabinets, etc. is problematic. Standard room shower area is very small. TV has no problems, beds are comfortable, heating is sufficient. The breakfast has a good variety and taste.
