Ancere Thermal Hotel & Spa

I stay in this hotel constantly, I am very satisfied..

The hotel's food is very bad, there is a smell due to oil, the breakfast is also okay, there is a strong smell in the hotel in general. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the number of staff is insufficient, cleaning is poor, plates and glasses are not washed very well, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. My advice to those who go there is to buy fly repellent :)

Everything was very enjoyable, all the staff were friendly and very attentive. My only negative comment about the hotel is a friend called BURAK, who works at the reception. He is a know-it-all and tries not to help with anything. He is a tiring personality with poor diction and needs training in customer-employee relations. :( I recommend that the authorities take precautions as soon as possible.

The accommodation was very bad.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not very good. The location is very close to the metro. It was very important to have a car park, it had a safe car park. Although breakfast was not included, the price was a little high. In general, the hotel is suitable for couples and a safe area for friends.
