Hotel Büyük Paris

The hotel was nice in concept, but when we went to the tavern, although it was said that hotel customers were given priority and the information was given from the reception, when we went to the tavern, they said there were no free tables and turned us away from the door. On top of that, we were woken up in a bad manner in the morning because the people at the reception were not working organized. Even though we stated that we would be checking out late when checking in to the hotel, the disrespect we encountered in the morning was outrageous. I have never experienced such service in any facility. A place that needs to improve in terms of service should be preferred accordingly.

The cleanliness and attention of the staff were very good, we only had a parking problem. I recommend.

The staff are extremely indifferent. I have never seen such a ridiculous approach in my life as when you ask for something other than the room and they tell you the price first. Breakfast is mediocre. Communication is mediocre. Interest is mediocre. In short, miserable in every aspect.

The only good thing about the hostel is its location, very close to the central beach. Apart from that, it was a converted apartment. We went up and down to our room on the 5th floor with two small children, using the stairs since there was no elevator. The rooms are very old, tiny bathrooms, the old bed frame is squeaky. The sheets are very yellow, there is no place to open a suitcase in the room. There is no mirror. We wanted to take a shower, the water did not get hot and the next day the water was cut off. We regret it, I will never go again. I'm tired of Amasra.

The pool and sea were very beautiful. The sea gets wavy in the afternoon. You won't be bored in the evenings, there are shows, live music etc. The common toilets are clean. Food is plentiful, meat is plentiful. The staff is very attentive. The only downside, in my opinion, is the lack of staff. Nobody asks if you want something to drink when you sit down.

Since the hotel is new, the rooms were clean and did not smell of cigarettes.
