Hello, I did not know the contents of the room because my wife made a reservation. Our room was supposed to have 1 double bed and 2 single beds, but there were 3 single beds. We suffered from being given a different room, possibly a smaller room. We couldn't even use the balcony because the balconies of the next room were adjacent to each other, and we couldn't even open the balcony door to get some air at night. Since there was insufficient seating in indoor areas, we had to sit outside in cold weather. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room cleaning should be reviewed. Also, the sea was definitely not a navigable sea. There were so many rocks that many people's feet were split. The food wasn't very good, but it wasn't bad either. Juice concentrates suck. In summary: I have stayed in 3-star hotels before and they were definitely much better. I'm surprised how this got 4 stars, because these stars misled me. I could have spent a little more money and easily gone to a better hotel. After all, we go once a year.

Nice hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are excellent. Only problem. The air conditioner is so loud that it disturbs people.

The employees are polite and caring. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's parking lot is available and large. Breakfast is nice. The location is very close to the center of Şile, there is a market, pharmacy and gas station nearby. I definitely recommend it.

The room I booked had a balcony, but we did not stay in a room with a balcony, except for that, the owner was nice.

I made a reservation at the hotel by looking at the comments on the internet. Not only was the service provided poor quality in terms of price, the food was very bad, especially for a 5-star hotel, and even though it was on a holiday, I was very disappointed. Same food for 3 days, same desserts, no taste at all. The thermal pool was very small and very crowded during the Ramadan holiday, and there were no sunbeds to sit or lie on. It's a pity for the price I paid.

The cleaning was insufficient, there was not even water in the room, I went through daily room cleaning, they took the garbage from the room once in 5 days (we requested), the television in the room was not even receiving local channels, they informed me that the departure time from the room was 11 o'clock as a holiday for WiFi.
