We stayed at the hotel for 1 night, let me write about your experiences in order, the parking lot is small and far, the reception staff were indifferent, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was simple, the restaurant was not well maintained, the general areas were dirty, you have to walk a long way to go to Sultan Bay and the hotel does not have a sun lounger or umbrella service.

There were insects in the room and it was a very neglected room. I asked them to change it and they did not help. There were cigarette burns on the sheets. The air conditioner was not heating. The towels did not look clean. The blow dryer was not working, I asked them to do it but they were not interested. This place definitely does not meet the standards of a hotel.

It is preferred even for its breakfast and friendly staff.

The rooms shown on the website are the same misleading, everything was good and the service was friendly.

It was a nice hotel, I was really satisfied.

It is a top five star hotel with a very good location, clean, safe staff, modest and friendly staff, indoor parking and many facilities.
