The beds are very hard and uncomfortable

The room we stayed in has nothing to do with the room pictures shared before renting. It's literally from a warehouse. The cleanliness is mediocre. The room has no windows.

We were extremely pleased with both the service quality and hospitality during our stay. The general order, cleanliness and comfort of the hotel were above our expectations. Hotel manager Mr. Erhan's professional approach, solution-oriented attitude and close attention to the guests added a special value to our stay. He and his team were extremely helpful, friendly and caring in every aspect. We would like to thank all our colleagues for their efforts and sincere approach. It is a business that we can recommend with peace of mind and would be happy to choose again.

Very nice staff, especially very hospitable

We were very pleased, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was good, the staff was friendly.

The hotel was above my expectations. I experienced anxiety when making a reservation through the application. But I was very satisfied during the 3-day period. The room was large, tidy, had air conditioning and refrigerator. The bathroom is large and clean. Except for its external appearance, the hotel is very good for the price in terms of interior layout and staff attention... Thank you
