TV and wifi were not working most of the time. The taste of the pool was also bitter, but this was not just due to too much medication, which is better than catching germs. The water flowing from the tap in that area seemed salty. I didn't understand if they were sending mixed sea water, but the tap water in that area was the only water I could not tolerate touching my mouth even in the shower, and this has nothing to do with the hotel but the region. No one knocked on the door for cleaning for 5 days, but it didn't matter to me, they probably would have come if we wanted. It was an average stay for me. The wires on the big bed stuck in my back, I think it was old, the small bed was very comfortable. Of course, I don't think every room is like this. They also gave me a hair dryer when I asked for it, but when I asked for it at night, they didn't know and the night staff couldn't give it to me. Then, I didn't ask for it during the day and no one brought it to me. I had already gone for the sea and it did the job, but the wifi issue was very bad, it improved the day I was going to go, I guess it was because the new arrivals wanted it. It was bad that I didn't have a problem with the TV but it kept saying there was no signal. If you tell them they can fix them, I didn't bother. I had no problems with the staff. Thanks.

Rooms are too far from the elevator and the facility needs renovation

I stayed without any problems, I recommend it, but when I purchased it, I chose a double bed and was placed in a room with a single bed. No explanation was given, so I didn't ask and didn't mind.

Unfortunately, it was not a clean hotel, there was dust everywhere, the rooms smelled weird. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. We didn't like that there weren't many options for breakfast. Bitek staff was friendly.

The owner of the hotel, Özer Bey, and his wife provided us with a truly family atmosphere. The rooms are very spacious. Location is great. It is a region with clean air. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature, but within the city. Parking is quite sufficient. The rooms are clean.

It was perfect in every aspect, especially the breakfast was very good..
