There was a serious problem with the ventilation system, we changed rooms three times in the same day. The room was extremely hot, they gave me a refreshing device and even that did not work despite the loud noise it produced. The gentleman at the reception and the lady Kardelen were sullen, but the lady Kardelen tried to solve the problem and solved it. I received better services at other hotels for this price.
