I've never seen worse

We stayed at Ankara Nif Hotel for two nights and it was the first and last time we chose this hotel. Despite the rainy and very cold weather in Ankara, our room was extremely cold and we had to sleep with a hat and coat. We respectfully asked the hotel authorities several times to check the heating system of the room, but they did not care at all and constantly said that the weather was hot and the system was central. I definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel. We filed a complaint and requested a refund of the fee we paid. At 23:00 they turned off all heating devices and air conditioning. Even though I objected, they replied, "If you are not satisfied, you can leave the hotel." We had our worst stay experience ever at this hotel. The attitude of the staff was extremely bad and unprofessional. In my opinion, this hotel deserves the negative score.

The air conditioner of the room was not working

The hotel's rooms are poorly maintained. 40-year-old furniture is used. The food was very good.

They have friendly and helpful staff, their pricing is good, the location is a bit opposite, but it is a place with good in-house food and facilities.

I reached the hotel at 14.30. After entering the hotel, it took me about five minutes to find the Reception. Because there was no one inside. After finding the reception, I saw that there was no one inside. I waited for about 10 minutes but no one came. Later, I found the receptionist by asking the shopkeepers around. The person who came took my TR ID number without even questioning my reservation. Afterwards, after saying, "Let me see if I have a spare room," he searched for the key for 10 minutes. I waited more than 30 minutes between entering the hotel and settling into my room. Nothing had been done to clean the room. Straightening the bedspread is not cleaning! There was women's hair on my bed. The bedside and surrounding areas were extremely dusty. The floor carpets were noticeably dirty. The only water in the room was in glasses and sachets. Nothing was placed in the room except a glass of water. The wardrobe smelled and was very dusty. The toilet was adequately clean but had poor ventilation. The hotel facilities and the lack of staff (the staff were never around, a passerby could easily reach your room, the doors were already half a finger wide on the sides, someone could watch you from outside) made you feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. As a result, I entered the hotel at 14.30, left at 18.30 and stayed somewhere else. It was arguably the worst hotel experience of my life.
