The hotel is not bad in general. The rooms are clean and the food is above average. The pool and sea areas are nice and clean. However, there are deficiencies in service in the coastal area. You are unlikely to find a waiter serving the sun loungers. It is also forbidden to provide trays to carry drinks in beverage service areas. It does not fit well with the all-inclusive system. My overall rating is 4 out of 5.

Normally the staff is attentive, but we sensed that there was extra interest in foreigners compared to locals. Apart from that, it is not a hotel to be deducted, everything was fine.

We stayed for 5 days, but even though I asked the ladies to come to the room for daily cleaning, they did not put water in the room. We forgot my daughter's baby in the room. The cleaners took it to the room and did not give it to me. My 3-year-old daughter cried for several days for her baby. When I called the hotel, they answered that there was no baby, but even though I said that the bed was a bed, they said there was no baby, I do not recommend it.

It was a very pleasant stay, it is a pet-friendly property, cats are together with the guests, this attracted my attention and I liked it very much. It is clean, the breakfast is sufficient, I want to stay again next year and I recommend it to everyone.
