We were on holiday and saw the hotel by chance while traveling and made a reservation for one night. The location is very nice, quiet environment, close to the beach, friendly staff, thank you very much for their attention. We have already decided to go to Sarıgerme again in September and stay in the same hotel.

I stayed for one night, my room was very good and clean, I was satisfied.

It's a place I went for a 3-day stay. Due to my immune system disorder, I follow a gluten-free and vegan diet. This situation causes a lot of problems for me in eating and drinking. I explained my situation to the hotel official. Chef Bülent and the entire kitchen staff were deceived about my situation. They prepared a special menu for me. They were very careful to avoid cross contamination. Even these kind behaviors deserve 5 stars in my eyes. It's a place I can go to every year with peace of mind. All staff are friendly and caring. A very clean environment. Thank you so much for providing us with a nice holiday.

I turned on the air conditioner and the cover fell off. They already taped it with the duct tape that came out before. There was no toilet seat. There is a sewer smell coming from the drains. They didn't clean the bottom of the nightstand next to the bed, there were cigarette butts. I will never go again. Only the location is good.
