Prima Hotel

There was no internet on television. Apart from that, the location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast were amazing. But I think it could have been offered at a slightly cheaper price.

It is very nice, clean, the employees are very respectful and caring, there is only one thing they lack, hot water is either provided at certain hours, or in the room we stayed in there was a break in the evening, it was always cold at other times, but overall I was satisfied.

It was very good to have breakfast service

We did not have any negative experiences other than the hotel car park being paid. Everything was perfect.

Even though we booked a suite room, we were given a normal room. We tried to get it first. We wanted to stay again the next night. We went out for cleaning and came back 2 hours later. This time we couldn't open the door with the card. We went down to the reception again and fixed it. This time it wasn't cleaned either. We went down to the reception again and we were kept waiting in the lobby for about an hour to be cleaned. It was a hotel we stayed in regularly, so it wasn't the first, but it was the last. We don't plan on staying there again, the cleanliness is zero anyway.

The staff was very friendly. Everyone, whether in the lodge or in the food court, were helpful people. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Room temperatures were also ideal. I was satisfied and would consider staying again.
